As you may now all be aware, The Uk Government has ordered a full national lockdown starting on Tuesday 5th January for all non-essential businesses.
During this time some of our team will still be working from home and are happy to answer any enquiries. We will be processing orders ready for the start of the new season and with Staycations on the rise, now would be a great time to leap into the wonderful world of caravanning!
Our team are happy to talk to you, answer any questions and even secure your caravan sale ready for collection in the Spring. We will be available via our emails so if you have any questions or enquiries please email email@example.com.
If you need to talk to somebody, please call us on 01747 851497 and leave a message with your name and number and one of our team will call you back as soon as they are available.
If you are due to collect a sold caravan from us, it is likely we will need to delay your collection until after the lockdown has ended. Please contact us if you wish to discuss options.
If your caravan is due in for repair or service during this period, we will be in contact within the next couple of days to discuss an alternative option for you. We are awaiting clarification from our manufacturers as to what measures they are introducing to accommodate warranty work/servicing.
If your caravan is currently with us and you would like to use it at home during the lockdown period we are happy for you to come and collect and reschedule a return to us once we are open. This will not be possible for all customers where we are awaiting parts that are needed to secure the caravan’s safety or shell integrity.
If you are happy to leave your caravan here with us, please know it will be safe and secure and there are people onsite 24hrs a day, 7 days a week. If you do leave your caravan with us, we will need to schedule repairs, servicing, or collection after lockdown has ended.
Shaftesbury Luxury Lodges and our caravan accessory shop will also be closed during this time.
Please know that we at Blackmore Vale Leisure will do our best to accommodate our customers needs throughout these challenging times.
