With ambitious plans for the future, the company is looking for a passionate, hands-on leader to develop and manage its sales department.

The Role

This is a key leadership position responsible for developing, motivating and strengthening the sales team while upholding the company’s strong values and high standards of customer service.

You will:

  • Lead, coach and inspire the sales team to exceed targets

  • Manage stock presentation on the forecourt and online platforms

  • Oversee manufacturer and customer relationships

  • Deliver an industry-leading customer buying experience

  • Maximise sales opportunities through prospecting, follow-ups and effective data management

  • Drive profit by achieving GPs and promoting add-on products

  • Support branch operations, compliance and accurate record keeping

  • Represent the company at events, trade shows and exhibitions

  • Identify and implement new marketing opportunities

The Ideal Candidate

The successful applicant will:

  • Have a minimum of 5 years’ experience in sales, retail or customer service, ideally in a supervisory or management role

  • Possess strong face-to-face sales experience (caravan industry preferred but not essential)

  • Be confident, resilient, driven and energetic

  • Demonstrate excellent communication skills – in person, on the telephone and written

  • Have strong knowledge of social media and marketing

  • Be a professional relationship-builder with honesty and integrity

  • Hold a valid UK driving licence

  • Have GCSE (or equivalent) education

  • Be fluent in English
