We will be able to inform you on enquiry of a delivery timescale and any delivery charges.
Delivery usually takes between 3-5 working days with the exception of bespoke orders.
Any missing/damaged items need to be reported within 24 hours of delivery.
Please note sizing the awning is solely the customers responsibility.
Right to Cancel:
Returns are allowed up to 14 working days after receiving the goods, please contact us to arrange to return. Goods must be in original packaging and in BRAND NEW CONDITION. All postage costs are the customers responsibility and for Isabella Awnings there is a re stocking charge of £25 per box.
Upon return, goods are inspected and if deemed new and unused a full refund will be given.
Please note awnings that have been through an awning rail or have been made dirty or wet are deemed second hand and therefore subject to handling fee.
If an awning is faulty please call us to organise a return and upon inspection confirming this a replacement will be sent.
Any special orders and made to measure awnings are non refundable, however if faulty and in warranty will be replaced / repaired.
Warranty vary from manufacturer to manufacturer – but most are 12 – 24 months: please ask for your specific product if you are unsure.
Prices and terms & conditions set out in this website are correct at the time of publishing. If on the rare occasion where there is an error with product details or pricing, we will do our best to inform you at the earliest opportunity when your order is placed. All products are subject to availability.
We reserve the right to amend prices or change / remove a product from sale at any time.

All our sizes and measurements are approximate but we do try to make sure they are as accurate as possible.
