We bought our Swift Challenger 530 from this company last Summer after a terrible experience with another dealership in Dorset. The customer service provided by all staff at Blackmore Vale has been second to none both before and after our purchase. The after sales support is fantastic and they work hard to ensure reassurance is given with any concerns that come alongside buying a second hand van. There is a no-quibble approach to supporting us with any issues and although we are over sensitive after our last experience with the other company, we have always been listened to and treated with the greatest respect. Particular thanks to Debbie in the sales team, Vickie in after sales support and to Pete & Paul in the workshop. Also to Linda who dresses and prepares the vans to such a high standard. Ours was like new when we collected it and our handover welcome pack was much appreciated by ourselves and our dog when we picked up our new van. Whenever we go back to the showroom we are welcomed with drinks and snacks and made to feel like valued customers. This company is a breath of fresh air to us. They work hard for their customers and deserve every one of their 5 stars of this review. Drove up from mid Cornwall to Blackmore Vale leisure mid July to look for a new caravan because their prices were far lower then anywhere else in a reasonable distance from us.
But the best bit was yet to come. The staff were very friendly, helpful, knowledgeable, and went through the caravan explaining everything. At the same time never pushy or rushing us for a sale. They left us to look around and make up our minds, but always available for any other information we may have needed We found out new van and traded in our 8 yr old Bailey, which we got a very fair price for.

Three weeks later returned to collect our new van. Stayed for two nights on them at their New Forest camp site. They wanted us to use everything to make sure we had took in everything on the hand over, and that it was all to our satisfaction, and to phone them for anything if any problems.
It is now October; Blackmore Vale have contacted with courtesy call and to contact them at any time if we have any issues, or need any help.
The whole experience was excellent. Both sales staff and the work shop were all very helpful. It was all at our speed , never pushy or rushed, drunk far to much coffee, laughed a lot and felt well looked after.

If you are looking for another caravan I would give Blackmore Vale leisure a look. I feel they truly believe in customer service and will help you if they can after the sale.

We arrived to have a look at a brand new swift . I wasn’t keen on the van but the service Blackmore offered was wonderful. They had a nearly new coachman that had just been part exchanged so asked if we would like to have a look . I loved it but didn’t want to make a rash decision. There was no pressure from the sales team at all they let me take my time going from one caravan to another weighing up all the pros and cons . I then left to think about it over lunch . Checked reviews etc . Went back and decided to make a purchase we was passed over to Vicky who is amazing and so helpful . We was offered 2 nights free stay at their campsite in new forest to try out the caravan making sure everything was as we would like and we couldn’t be more happy . Thank you to all at Blackmore and I highly recommend you to anyone wanting a new caravan.

We have recently purchased a Coachman VIP caravan from Blackmore Vale Leisure. We were given time to review their caravan range on display. The team were on hand to answer any questions we asked, and at no time felt under pressure. We are delighted with our immaculate Coachman and the opportunity to experience all it's functionality, with a free two night stay in the New Forest was most reassuring. This gave us the confidence to head off for a most enjoyable stay in Cornwall shortly afterwards.
