BAR Club Rules

We hope you enjoy your B.A.R Club Membership but please respect our rules.

B.A.R Membership Validity

B.A.R Membership is automatically awarded to customers who purchase a caravan from Blackmore Vale Leisure and continues for the duration of their ownership of that caravan.

Members receive a range of benefits which are subject to change or cessation at the discretion of management but currently include discounts on purchases from Blackmore Vale Leisure.

Membership is strictly non-transferable and ceases at the point a member is no longer the legal owner of the caravan purchased from Blackmore Vale Leisure.

Members will be asked for their membership number when bookings are being taken or when they wish to buy products, which may need to be validated by the dealership before discounts or purchases can go ahead.

Club Events

Attendance at our events is subject to availability due to capacity. We advise you to book as early as possible for these events to avoid disappointment.

You must attend these events in the caravan you purchased from Blackmore Vale Leisure, otherwise admittance will be refused.

Only members and their guests staying in a caravan for the event are permitted to attend.

To ensure a safe and secure environment for our Club Members and their families, we will not knowingly allow anyone with a conviction for child sexual abuse, or subject to a Sexual Offences Act 2003 notification, Risk of Sexual Harm Order, or Child Abduction Notice, to access our overnight areas, Club facilities, or events.

Management reserves the right, at their discretion, to withdraw membership at any time if deemed necessary. Reasons for withdrawal may include offensive behaviour toward other members, customers, or staff, misuse of Blackmore Vale Leisure facilities, or violation of these rules.
