Emergency Accommodation Hire

As a family business ourselves we understand the upheaval that floods, fires and unforeseen circumstances can have on those closest to us.

We pride ourselves on offering the exceptional quality Touring caravans and Mobile homes delivered to you during these difficult times: We have a flexible approach to hire from a week up to 12 months and in some cases longer. Allowing you to remain at home and oversee those all important repairs or sited in a location of your choosing.

What do we offer?

We have a range of touring caravans sleeping from two people to six people which are all modern, with heaters, showers and toilets and come fully equipped and ready to use. Our expert team will set up for you and demonstrate how they work.
Mobile Homes / Static Caravans can be two bedroom or three bedrooms some with pull out beds in the lounge, they come in a full range of sizes from 28 foot in length and 10 foot in width to 37 foot by 12 foot. We will arrange the transport, please speak to our team for you own specific requirements. You may also wish to contact your local authority to see if you require consent, even if for a short period of time.

How does delivery work?

We will arrange delivery to you, usually to your garden or driveway – depending on access and space. Call our team for more details.

How do they work?

Touring caravans can be plugged straight in to your mains electric at home and water (we will bring the required adapters) we will also supply your first gas bottle for the cooker which you can then swap in locally to you for a full one when you need which you will need to pay for. If you are unable to plug in to your electric supply we can provide leisure batteries and additional gas bottles, our team will give you full tuition on how to use all the appliances upon delivery.

Static caravans  / Mobile Homes are delivered and sited by a specialist team, who will level it.  Local contractors will need to be instructed to plumb and safety test. The statics can be plugged in to your home electrics where possible and water: however if this is not an option we can talk you through alternatives and also with the bathroom connections we can advise there too! We may even be able to help put you in contact with local service people who can do this for you.

Do you allow pets?

We understand that your pets are part of the family too! and for this reason some of our accommodation is pet friendly but not all – so please let our team know when you call.

What is the minimum and maximum hire period?

Seven days is our minimum hire for touring caravans and 8 weeks for statics. No Maximum requirement as we try to be as flexible as possible.

Will my insurance company pay?

Please talk to your insurance company to see if you’re covered, but we are happy to liaise with them once we have your claim number and details and they can even pay us directly.

Whether you opt for a touring caravan or static caravan we really do provide a home from home: allowing you to be close to animals, schools, family and work. In most cases our customers are pleased to be on site to liaise with contractors whilst repairs are being carried out.
